Admission Requirements
Candidates eligible for admission to the MBD program are those in any of the situations described in point 1 of the Academic Regulations of the University for University Master's degrees listed below:
Access to official master's degree programs is granted to those holding an official Spanish university degree or another issued by an institution of higher education within the European Higher Education Area that qualifies in the issuing country for access to master's degree programs.
Additionally, without any additional requirements, graduates, architects, or engineers under the university system established before RD 1393/2007 are eligible. Diplomates, technical architects, and technical engineers may also access master's programs if the access conditions allow, although they may be required to undergo additional training to acquire the competencies and knowledge specific to the master's degree.
Exceptionally, those holding a bachelor's degree from educational systems outside the European Higher Education Area that is not recognized may be admitted. In this case, it is up to the Rector, based on a report from the Dean or Director of the Faculty or School and the Director of the master's program, to authorize or deny access. The report must necessarily address the correspondence between the level of education of the degree and that of Spanish university bachelor's degrees, as well as whether the degree qualifies in the issuing country for postgraduate access.
Admission under the previously described point will not imply, under any circumstances, the homologation of the previous degree or its recognition for purposes other than pursuing master's degree studies.
