The Faculty of Theology offers the degree of Specialist in Biblical Spirituality for those who want to base their spiritual experience on the sources of the Word of God. Studying the Bible, which for the Church is "the soul of Theology", uncovers experiences of biblical faith which, from the salvific events lived by the people of God and the followers of Jesus Christ, have marked Christian spirituality. This Christian spirituality appears in a particular way in many books of the Old and New Testament, the main object of study of the Specialist in Biblical Spirituality program. A deeper knowledge of them and, above all, of the experience of the biblical God, can lead people to live in faithfulness to God and make possible changes in their attitudes, practices and inter-human relationships, because praying and doing justice come, according to the Bible, from a common source: the gratuitousness of God.
