Admission Requirements
Those who meet any of the conditions described in point 1 of the Academic Regulations of the Pontifical University of Comillas for University Master's Degrees, which are detailed below, may be admitted to the Master's Degree in Applied Artificial Intelligence:
Those who hold an official Spanish university degree, or another degree issued by a higher education institution belonging to the European Higher Education Area (EHEA), which qualifies the holder in the issuing country for access to master's level studies, may access official master's degree programs.
Likewise, graduates, architects, or engineers under the university system prior to that established in Royal Decree 1393/2007 may access the program without additional requirements. Graduates, technical architects, and technical engineers may also access master's programs whose admission conditions allow it, although they may be required to complete supplementary training to ensure the acquisition of the skills and knowledge specific to the master's program.
Exceptionally, applicants holding a Bachelor's degree from an educational system outside the European Higher Education Area, even if not officially recognized in Spain, may be admitted. In this case, the University Rector, after receiving reports from the Director of the Higher Technical School of Engineering (ICAI) and the Master's Program Director, will authorize or deny admission. These reports must address the equivalence between the level of education of the presented degree and that of official Spanish university degrees, as well as whether the degree qualifies the holder for postgraduate studies in the issuing country.
Access through this route will not, under any circumstances, imply the homologation or recognition of the previous degree for purposes other than to study the Master's Degree in Applied Artificial Intelligence.
