The "San Juan de Dios" University School of Nursing and Physiotherapy, integrated into the Comillas Pontifical University, has been providing training in health sciences for more than 60 years, recognized both in the teaching field and in different professional contexts. Its facilities have two simulation centers where students can complement their practical training by developing their skills in safe environments. Center for Interprofessional Simulation and Research in Health Sciences (CSIICS), which has 2 High Fidelity Simulation laboratories, 1 Biomechanics and Movement Analysis laboratory, 1 Diagnostic and Radiotherapy Imaging laboratory, and 3 Skills and Simulation. San Rafael Simulated Hospital, which has rooms for procedures, basic care, pediatric care, critical care, operating room, obstetrics room, primary care consultation and various laboratories.
Both centers have advanced and innovative technology for learning in different simulation scenarios with direct supervision and active methodologies by specialized teachers.
San Rafael Health Sciences Campus (Madrid): It has two groups in which classes are held in the morning and one group in the afternoon.
San Juan de Dios Health Sciences Campus (Ciempozuelos): Classes and practices are held mainly in the morning during the 4 academic years, with specific training activities scheduled in the afternoon.
