As a graduate of this unique double degree in Bachelor of Creative Arts / Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology), you will have a diverse and future-focused set of skills at your disposal. You will choose your creative arts major, which will be strengthened by the development of psychologically founded critical, digital and practical skills throughout your degree. You will also gain practical experience in industry settings and public events, preparing you to apply your skills in your future career.  

Bachelor of Creative Arts 

You will complete common units in your creative arts degree, providing you with key creative and critical skills. You will develop your professional awareness preparing you for a range of creative roles and career pathways.   

You will develop your craft by choosing one of the following majors:
  • animation
  • creative writing
  • drama
  • film and screen
  • music
  • visual arts.


You will also have the option to take either an advanced arts elective to expand your skills, or complete a work integrated learning unit that complements your studies.  

Bachelor of Behaviour Science (Psychology)

The psychology course includes a balanced mix of theory and practical experiences, incorporating technology to enhance your digital capabilities. You will develop professional agility and high-level communication skills along with critical thinking and robust research skills. You will engage in self-reflection to better understand your impact on the world around you, and develop your capabilities in partnership with your peers, individuals, communities, and other professionals. 

You will have the option to gain experience in the workplace before you graduate and complete a placement in a professional environment that aligns with your career goals. Placement opportunities are available across a range of different organisational sectors.
