QUT offers one of the few specialised property courses in Australia. Property economics at QUT is concerned with all aspects of property: investment, asset management, development, valuation and research, with a focus on finance and the commercial property market sector. You will gain hands-on, practical experience to supplement your theoretical knowledge. In line with faculty priorities, this course has a focus on sustainable development and environmental and energy efficiency in all forms of property.
