The educational process is organized in accordance with the relevant decisions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the University. Before the beginning of each semester, students are provided with individual study plans based on the curriculum and their course selections, as well as self-assessment schedules and regulations related to the credit-based education system. Classes are conducted in the form of lectures, seminars, laboratory sessions, course projects, and course papers.
Admission to each specialization of our Faculty is carried out on both state-funded (government-funded) and tuition-based grounds. For students admitted on a tuition basis, the annual tuition fee is 2000 AZN for full-time study and 1700 AZN for part-time study.
In accordance with the regulations, the number of scholarship places corresponds to the number of students admitted on a state-funded basis. In the first semester, only state-funded students receive scholarships. From the following semesters onward, tuition-paying students may also participate in the scholarship competition based on their academic performance. According to their exam results, they may receive the following monthly scholarships: Regular (100 AZN), Merit (145 AZN), and Excellent (175 AZN).
Graduates of our Faculty can work as civil (structural) engineers, cost estimation engineers, planning engineers, materials engineers, and industrial engineers. Senior students and graduates have opportunities to gain internship experience and employment at partner companies such as PMD Projects, Pro Yapı, Akkord STIK OJSC, Norm LLC, Gilan Beton LLC, Sika Group, BASF Caspian Construction Chemicals LLC, Matanat A Company, Garant Construction Industry, Holcim (Azerbaijan) OJSC, AS Construction LLC, Expert Beton LLC, as well as in various institutions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and other collaborating organizations.

10 points for class attendance,
10 points for independent assignments,
30 points for performance in practical classes, seminars, or laboratory sessions.
If a course includes a course paper (project), 20 points are allocated for practical (seminar) and laboratory sessions, and 10 points are awarded for the preparation and defense of the course paper (project).
