The Bachelor's degree program in 050607 - "Electrical and Electronics Engineering" was developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Education", relevant decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as "Classification of specialties at the bachelor's level of higher education."
At the end of the Education Program, the graduate must have the following competencies:

- Oral and written communication skills in the Azerbaijani language by specialty;
Communication skills in at least one foreign language by profession (English is more appropriate);
- Systematic and comprehensive knowledge of the historical, legal, political, cultural, ideological foundations of the Azerbaijani statehood and its place and role in the modern world, the ability to predict the future development of our national state;
- Ability to identify threats and challenges faced by our national state;
- Ability to use information technology in the workplace;
- Ability to analyze the design of buildings and facilities, taking into account the operational, technological, economic and environmental requirements;
- Basic terminology in the field of electricity and electronics;
- Ability to analyze, analyze and examine projects implemented by foreign experts and, if necessary, adapt to local conditions.
