The Transportation Construction Engineering master’s programme focuses on the planning, design, construction, and operation of transportation infrastructure systems. The programme integrates modern scientific approaches, advanced international practices, digital engineering technologies, and current labor market requirements in the field of infrastructure development.

Within the programme, students gain advanced knowledge in the design and structural analysis of highways, aerodromes, bridges, tunnels, and other transportation facilities. The curriculum includes structural stability and strength calculations, evaluation of geotechnical and hydraulic conditions, and organization and management of construction processes.

The programme also emphasizes the application of construction standards and regulations, technical expertise procedures, quality control mechanisms, risk management strategies, and evidence-based engineering decision-making.

Students develop competencies in digital design and modelling technologies, including Building Information Modelling (BIM) and modern engineering software tools used for infrastructure optimization, efficient resource management, and construction planning.

The programme further addresses issues related to construction safety, environmental sustainability, and social impact assessment. Students develop analytical and critical thinking skills required for solving complex engineering problems under conditions of limited information and time constraints.

Graduates are prepared to work in multidisciplinary teams, present engineering solutions in both national and international professional environments, and contribute to the sustainable and innovative development of transportation infrastructure systems.
