Towson University combines a historic campus with modern, state-of-the-art facilities designed to support student learning, collaboration, wellness, and campus life. Across its 329-acre campus, students have access to advanced academic buildings, collaborative learning environments, research laboratories, performance spaces, recreation facilities, and vibrant student gathering areas.

The university’s recently opened Health Professions Building reflects Towson’s leadership in healthcare education. The 240,000-square-foot facility features high-tech classrooms, advanced simulation centers, specialty labs, immersive reality technology, and collaborative learning spaces designed to mirror real-world healthcare environments and support interprofessional education.

Towson’s Science Complex, the largest academic building on campus, supports cutting-edge scientific research and instruction through teaching and research laboratories, collaborative student spaces, lecture halls, a planetarium, observatory, rooftop greenhouse, museum, vivarium, and outdoor classroom connected to the Glen Arboretum.

Student life centers around the University Union, a dynamic hub for co-curricular activities, dining, student services, events, and community engagement.
