- Graduated from a Master of Science program in a related area
- Have intermediate knowledge of the English language
- Possess aptitude for research and independent work
- Solid academic background and theoretical-practical and communication skills.

- Mental and physical capacity that allow the development of intense work.
- Capacity for teamwork.
