Second-Level Master's Degree - Master in Business Law

The goal of this master's program is to train legal experts in Company Law, providing technical insights and practical skills. These experts will be able to operate at 360°, both in business contexts and the legal professions.
The master aims at integrating educational content of a professional nature with scientific in-depth understanding; each theme will be addressed – presuming a good academic knowledge of the material studied – through the examination of “paradigmatic cases” involving various areas and professions (lawyers, judges, company lawyers and university professors).
Students will have constant practice (writing deeds, opinions, contracts and moot court), and will draft short essays involving scientific analysis, with the supervision of tutors, researchers and professors from CERADI - LUISS Guido Carli.
The master is carried out at the Department of Law, in partnership with AIGI (the Italian Association of Business Lawyers) and the Bruno Visentini Foundation, and in collaboration with CERADI (the Center of Research on Company Law) at LUISS Guido Carli.
