Tourism Management is one of the majors of the Luiss Business School Master’s Degree Programme in International Management and is a unique learning experience aimed at young graduates motivated to become tourism managers.
The tourism industry is expected to continue growing for the next two decades.  This will inevitably lead to changes within the industry, more intense competition, and new forms of cooperation among public and private actors, as well as small companies and large international groups.
The programme allows students to receive a general managerial education paired with the specialised paths of each major. All majors start with the foundations and core concepts of Management, Economics, Marketing, and Branding with a special focus on the Italian market.
The quality of human resources will be even more important for a company’s success. It will require a variety of skills to take advantage of all the opportunities offered by new technologies, build networks among different actors and assets, and create complex products. The Major in Tourism Management gives students the tools to stand out in the sector.
Students will learn through interactive lectures, live case discussions, field projects and group work, thus acquiring the tools and techniques necessary to build the skill set required for fashion management challenges.
The Major in Tourism Management is held in Rome, at the Luiss Business School Villa Blanc Campus.
