- Desirable work experience
- Letter of Intent from the Master's Candidate
- Interview with the program director
- Undergraduate degree with stamps from the SAT and the Comptroller General of Accounts
- Curriculum vitae
- Personal Identification Document (DPI)

- Candidates are required to submit references or letter(s) of recommendation for acceptance
