The high seismicity of Guatemala requires that structural engineering is in constant evolution and, therefore, the need arises to increasingly promote knowledge of issues related to the construction of optimized and resistant structures. The Postgraduate in Concrete Structures includes deep knowledge about the structures in a global way and about the behavior of prestressed concrete as a material and its application in infrastructure and hydraulic works.
