This Psychology Education and Counseling program prepares students to become researchers and experts in educational counseling. The graduates of this program are expected to be in charge inside or outside school, the National Educational Department, and in state or private institutions. The mission include: Organizing high quality academic and professional education to produce teachers and counselors who are globally competitive; Conduct research for the development of innovative scientific, technological, and artistic disciplines and their application to strengthen academic culture, base policy determination, and improve the quality of counseling practice; Organizing community service services professionally in the context of participating in solving national problems in the field of counseling in particular and humanitarian services in general; Establish a network of cooperation with professional institutions and organizations at the national, regional, and international levels in order to gain recognition in the Southeast Asian region.

student candidates need
to submit an application form, statement letter for funding, statement letter
for obeying UPI and Indonesian rules, health certificate, passport, previous
education certificate, academic transcript, identification photo, and English
proficiency certificate, recommendation letters from the previous university
and lecturer, and a study plan. International postgraduate student candidates
