BACKGROUND

The rapid development of development in the last few decades has placed an additional burden on the environment. Development in various fields such as the construction of public facilities/facilities such as roads, housing, industrial area development, or changes in the natural function of land, and others have caused disruption of the balance of the ecosystem. In addition, various industrial activities, both small and large industries, which are not based on knowledge of the importance of environmental sustainability, make a serious contribution to environmental damage. Therefore, in the context of implementing sustainable development, human resources/experts with environmental insight are needed. To anticipate the need for reliable human resources in the field of environmental management, the Masters Study Program in Natural Resources and Environmental Management (PSL),

OBJECTIVE

The implementation of the USU PSL Masters Program aims to:

  • Produce qualified and reliable graduates in the management of natural resources and the environment.
  • Produce graduates who are able to develop their professionalism in the development of resource and environmental management.
  • Generate and develop sustainable natural resource and environmental management models.
