The BA Business & Human Resource Management (HRM) has been developed in partnership with industry, employers and professional associations to equip students with the knowledge and skills that business leaders look for. Students will learn about managing and organizing a business as well as gaining core skills in HRM, including workforce management and development. This course is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Upon completion of the programme, graduates are equipped with the professional knowledge, skills and understanding to pursue careers within human resources. The business modules arm graduates with the knowledge and skills necessary to explore careers in general organisation management.
