Learn how to use video, audio, film, and emerging digital and Web-based media to develop, design, write, and create stories for a variety of purposes. As a TCOM major, you will learn how to communicate using several media preparation for entering the broadcast, corporate media, motion picture, multimedia, emerging electronic media industries, and other fields. Careers in Telecommunications A major in telecommunications prepares you for a career in production, broadcast journalism, sales, or management within radio, television, film, or electronic media. After graduation from our program, you may work for production houses, TV studios, radio stations, corporate media departments, hospitals, or sales positions not necessarily related to media or produce multimedia projects in a corporate or educational setting.
