Residential property management concentration, 15 hours Foundation courses at the undergraduate level (FCPM 104, 235, 275, 305) are required except when equivalent competency has been documented. Students without a Residential Property Management (RPM) undergraduate degree or with less than six months of industry experience must use 6 of the elective hours to complete FCPM 669 Graduate Internship in Residential Property Management.
