A major in Natural Resources and Environmental Management (NREM) from Ball State University requires 60 or 61 credits, dependent on the choice of your NREM Major Concentration. Twenty six (26) credit hours must be completed from the ten NREM Core Foundational and Required Courses listed below. The remaining credits must be selected from one of the two Natural Resource and Environmental Management Departmental “Concentrations” - either the Natural Resources Concentration or from the Environmental Management Concentration.
