Contribute to the training of professionals with values, proactive and critical thinking, through the appropriate use of analytical schemes, approaches and methodologies that allow proposing alternative solutions in the different environments and problems of the public sector. Consolidate the theoretical and methodological training that allows the analysis, design, implementation and evaluation of public policies from the state level and scope. Analyzing the reality of the local public administration for decision making on specific strategies oriented to good living. Specific objective to this program includes consolidating the theoretical and methodological training that allows the analysis, design, implementation and evaluation of public policies from the state level and scope and applying techniques of analysis and design of public policies that allow the acquisition of creative and innovative skills to manage and direct organizations in the public sector without social discrimination.
