This program qualify professionals for the necessary articulation between communication, journalism and social mediation that pursues social change. This program is designed for professionals in the areas of: Communication (Journalism, Audiovisual Production, Advertising and Public Relations), Social Work, Education, Psychology, Social Sciences and Law. To all professionals who have an interest in exercising community communication and social mediation as disciplines that contribute to the thought and development of the country. Applicants to this program are required to attend an interview on a date scheduled by IPEC at the time of registration.
