We train competent professionals in their pedagogical and investigative management that contributes to the integral development of the child from 0 to 6 years old; capable of responding to public policies within the framework of rights, to local, regional and national needs. Initial Education professionals may perform their functions in public, private, fiscal, municipal institutions and NGOs that serve the initial education sector from 0 to 6 years old, under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Economic and Social Inclusion and the Ministry of Education, in addition to the particular educational intervention. Graduate profile includes: Develops awareness of the teaching role and its impact on the transformation of the learner, family and environment; Establishes interrelationships that promote responsible and harmonious coexistence in the different learning scenarios and educational contexts; Communicates actively and participatively to produce positive interactions based on respect and human development; Establishes dialogic encounters that integrate languages, knowledge, cultures for social transformation and development; and Manages life projects from the individual and collective scope, based on ethics, respect and citizen democracy.

Admission Requirements
All required documents (in digital copy; pdf format) are to be submitted to the university. Admission profile includes: Have a bachelor's degree or its equivalent; Have fulfilled requirements regulated by the National System of Leveling and Admission SNNA; and Pass the career leveling course implemented by each of the IES.
