The Department of Pathology and Parasitology aspires to be a leading center of excellence in teaching, research, training, diagnosis and consultancy in animal, avian and zoonotic diseases. The objectives of the department are:
- To produce competent veterinary graduate with enriched knowledge of veterinary pathology and parasitology.
- To develop and review outcome based curriculum in consultation with expert, stakeholders, taking into account the changing trends in the all the sectors of veterinary education.
- To improve the facilities and support for teaching, research and diagnostic services
- To acquire the new research grants, conduct research, publish the regularresearch paper and conference presentation
- To enhance staff competence through soft skill training, seminar, workshop and motivationannually.
- To conduct the need base pathological and parasitological activities for social well-being.
