It helps to produce competent graduates by involving in different co-curricular activities, study tours, and internship for making them fit for national and internal job markets, and entrepreneur.It works on the processing of raw products into foods, fibers, beverage, and in environmental quality and management. It helps in socio-economic development by enhancing research on agricultural crop plants, water quality and the effects on global warming which has a great impact on crop growth and productivity.
