The Marketing Analytics and Strategy programme focuses on customer centricity to co-create valuable products and services for the company's target market and customer group. Recognising the role of digital technologies, a fast-changing and complex business environment, and the integration of sustainability and diversity into value creation, the programme is built on three pillars: (1) strategic thinking and management, (2) evidence-based decision-making, and (3) the interplay of marketing and society.

The programme explores marketing decision-making by considering business portfolios, competitor dynamics, and macro-environmental trends. It embraces a holistic view of marketing management as the creation, communication, delivery, and exchange of value with broader societal impact. Marketing is understood as marketing-orientated management that includes external stakeholders and societal responsibility.

With customers at the centre of a connected ecosystem, the programme highlights omnichannel, seamless, and personalised customer experiences. Taught by internationally renowned faculty, it offers a progressive blend of marketing strategy, digital transformation, analytics, and sustainability.

Aarhus BSS – the School of Business and Social Sciences – is a Triple Crown-accredited faculty at Aarhus University. You will be part of a dynamic and international academic environment that attracts students and researchers from across the globe.
