The MSc in Commercial and Retail Management addresses the growing challenges of the consumer goods industry, developed in close collaboration with key industry players. The programme prepares you for HQ roles, providing a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and accelerating career progression.  


As a you student you will gain qualifications in retail strategy, innovation, consumer behaviour, business negotiations, pricing, performance management, and category and brand management. 


A central focus is the evolving value chain, shaped by e-commerce, social media, and omni-channel strategies. You will learn how companies must optimise multiple sales and communication channels and manage big data to create consumer value. The programme reflects the shift from a traditional B2B/B2C approach to a B2B2C mindset, covering supplier-retailer-consumer relations. 


A combination of mandatory courses and elective courses ensures that you will get comprehensive view of the entire value chain. Digital transformation and data-driven decision-making are integral throughout the programme, equipping graduates with essential industry-relevant skills.
