The area of professional activity of graduates in the direction of training "Management" includes:

● processes of state and municipal management;
● management consulting processes;
● research processes.
The objects of professional activity of bachelors in the direction of training "Management" include:
- organizations of any organizational and legal form (commercial,
non-commercial, state, municipal), in which graduates work as executives or junior level managers in various management services;
- state and municipal government bodies;
- structures in which graduates are entrepreneurs who create and develop their own business;
- research organizations related to the solution of management problems;
- institutions of higher and additional professional education.

Master's degree in the direction of training "Management" should solve the following professional tasks in accordance with the types of professional activities:
(a) Organizational and management activities:
● management of organizations, structural subdivisions, groups (teams) of employees, projects and networks;
● formation of organizational management structures, development and justification of proposals for their improvement;
● development of strategies for the development of organizations and their individual subdivisions;
b) analytical activity:
● search, analysis and evaluation of information for preparation and adoption of managerial decisions;
● analysis of existing forms of management organization;
● analysis and modeling of management processes, evaluation of their efficiency;
c) project activity:
● organization of project activities in the organization (company);
● management of deep transformation processes;
● management of project implementations;
Reducing the level of uncertainty in the project;
● evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation of organizational processes;
d) research activities:
● identification and formulation of topical scientific problems;
● development of research and development programs, organization of their implementation;
● development of organizational and management models of processes, phenomena and objects, evaluation and interpretation of the results;
● search, collection, processing, analysis and systematization of information on the research topic;
● preparation of reviews, reports and scientific publications;
e) entrepreneurial activity:
● searching, analyzing and evaluating an entrepreneurial idea;
● development and realization of a business plan;
● development of methods and tools for market research and competitiveness.
g) pedagogical activity:
● teaching of management and profile disciplines;

Graduates of higher education institutions who have fully mastered the basic educational program of higher professional education for Master's degree and successfully passed the state final attestation in the prescribed manner, are awarded a diploma of higher education with the qualification "Master".
The normative term of mastering the basic educational program of higher professional education of Master's degree in the direction of "Management" on the basis of higher professional education, confirmed by the qualification "Bachelor" - not less than 2 years, which corresponds to 240 credits. One credit corresponds to 30 academic hours.

Master's programs at the Kyrgyz National Agrarian University named after K.I. Skryabin (KNAU) offer students the opportunity to gain deeper knowledge and skills in agriculture, engineering, land management, water resources management, agronomy, ecology, agro-processing, economics and other related fields.
The duration of Master's program is 2 years. The educational process includes lectures, practical classes, laboratory work, as well as the completion and defense of a master's thesis. Students can also participate in research and practical projects conducted by university professors and scientists.
