The educational program of Master's degree in the direction of "Management" is to prepare masters in the field of the basics of general scientific and managerial knowledge, obtaining advanced professional education, allowing the graduate to work successfully in the field of management and research activities, to possess universal and professional competencies that contribute to his social mobility and sustainability in the labor market.
And also in the formation of social and personal qualities, such as purposefulness, organization, diligence, responsibility, citizenship, communication, tolerance, increasing professional culture.
The area of professional activity of graduates in the direction of training "Management" includes:
● management processes of organizations of various organizational and legal forms and forms of ownership;
● processes of state and municipal management;
● management consulting processes;
● research processes.
The objects of professional activity of bachelors in the direction of training "Management" include:
- organizations of any organizational and legal form (commercial,
non-commercial, state, municipal), in which graduates work as executives or junior level managers in various management services;
- state and municipal government bodies;
- structures in which graduates are entrepreneurs who create and develop their own business;
- research organizations related to the solution of management problems;
- institutions of higher and additional professional education.
Types of professional activities of graduates: organizational and managerial; analytical; project; research; entrepreneurial; pedagogical.
Master's degree in the direction of training "Management" should solve the following professional tasks in accordance with the types of professional activities:
(a) Organizational and management activities:
● management of organizations, structural subdivisions, groups (teams) of employees, projects and networks;
● formation of organizational management structures, development and justification of proposals for their improvement;
● development of strategies for the development of organizations and their individual subdivisions;
b) analytical activity:
● search, analysis and evaluation of information for preparation and adoption of managerial decisions;
● analysis of existing forms of management organization;
● analysis and modeling of management processes, evaluation of their efficiency;
c) project activity:
● organization of project activities in the organization (company);
● management of deep transformation processes;
● management of project implementations;
Reducing the level of uncertainty in the project;
● evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation of organizational processes;
d) research activities:
● identification and formulation of topical scientific problems;
● development of research and development programs, organization of their implementation;
● development of organizational and management models of processes, phenomena and objects, evaluation and interpretation of the results;
● search, collection, processing, analysis and systematization of information on the research topic;
● preparation of reviews, reports and scientific publications;
e) entrepreneurial activity:
● searching, analyzing and evaluating an entrepreneurial idea;
● development and realization of a business plan;
● development of methods and tools for market research and competitiveness.
g) pedagogical activity:
● teaching of management and profile disciplines;
development of educational programs and teaching materials.
Graduates of higher education institutions who have fully mastered the basic educational program of higher professional education for Master's degree and successfully passed the state final attestation in the prescribed manner, are awarded a diploma of higher education with the qualification "Master".
The normative term of mastering the basic educational program of higher professional education of Master's degree in the direction of "Management" on the basis of higher professional education, confirmed by the qualification "Bachelor" - not less than 2 years, which corresponds to 240 credits. One credit corresponds to 30 academic hours.

Admission Requirements
Citizens who have an academic degree of "bachelor" or qualification of "specialist" of higher education (according to the Resolution of the Government of the KR dated June 16, 2014 №328) are admitted to the programs related to the Master's degree of higher education in the relevant directions.
Citizens are admitted to the Master's program on a competitive basis based on the results of applications, entrance exams (a set of professional subjects in the chosen direction) or on the basis of interviews.
The main criterion for admission to the Master's program is the indicator of the level of knowledge in the entrance examinations.
In accordance with the Agreement of November 24, 1998 on the admission of educational institutions and of March 29, 1996 on granting equal rights to citizens of states participating in economic and humanitarian integration, the right to education of Kyrgyz citizens:
Foreign citizens have the right to study in the Master's program under the following conditions:
- Legal translation of the passport into the state or official language;
- Copy of the last visa and registration certificate;
- Original diploma and application on higher education (legal translation into the state or official language);

The conditions of contractual education are stipulated by the Regulations on Contractual Education at the HEI.

- Identity document - passport and a copy;
- Original diploma of previous higher education or certificate of successful completion of studies;
- Personal application to the rector with the indication of the chosen master's program, direction;
- Biography \ Resume;
- Copy of passport or military ID card;
- 3x4 cm photo (6 pieces)
