In the field of education the goal of the basic educational program of higher professional education in the direction of training Land management and cadastres is training in the field of land management and cadastres, real estate, responding to modern demands of the labor market and integrated into the sector of real estate economy and the sector of services in the field of land management, rational land use, information support of real estate cadastre. The objectives of the main educational program are:
· in the field of education: formation of general cultural and professional competencies of the graduate, contributing to its social mobility and sustainability in the labor market, as well as competencies in the subject areas that constitute the direction of training, including knowledge and skills in the humanities, social, economic, mathematical and natural sciences;
· in the field of education: strengthening of morality, development of general cultural needs, creative abilities, social adaptation, communication, tolerance, perseverance in achieving goals, endurance and physical fitness.
The field of professional activity of graduates in the direction of training Land management and cadastres includes: land and property relations; the system of management of land resources and real estate objects; organization of the territory of land use; forecasting, planning and design of land use, rational use and protection of land; accounting, cadastral valuation and registration of real estate objects; topographic-geodesic and cartographic support of land management and cadastres; positioning of real estate objects, cadastral surveys, formation of cadastral information systems; land surveying and formation of other real estate objects; law enforcement activities to establish ownership and control the use of land plots and other real estate objects; inventory of real estate objects; monitoring of lands and other real estate; taxation of real estate objects; realtor, appraisal and consulting activities in the sphere of land and property complex.
The objects of professional activity of graduates in the direction of training Land management and cadastres are: land and other types of natural resources; categories of land fund; territories of administrative formations; territorial zones; zones with special conditions of use of territories; zones of special legal regime; land use and land plots depending on the intended purpose and permitted use; land; unified real estate objects and cadastral registration; information systems and technologies of real estate cadastre; geodetic and cartographic bases of land management and real estate cadastre.

Bachelor in the direction of training Land management and cadastres should solve the following professional tasks
organizational and managerial activity: participation in drafting engineering documentation and reporting; organization and planning of work of small teams of performers; justification of scientific, technical and organizational decisions; analysis of the results of the teams' activities.
research activity: participation in experimental studies, drawing up their description and conclusions with the use of GIS technologies; participation in projects of land surveying documentation; participation and implementation of new innovative technologies and digitalization in land resource management (LRM).
project activity: collection and analysis of initial data for projects and schemes of land management, town planning and layout of settlements, territorial planning, real estate development projects; participation in the preliminary feasibility study of projects and schemes of land management, town planning and territorial planning; participation in the development of design and working technical documentation on land management and cadastres, territorial planning, development of unified real estate objects, registration of completed design works; control over compliance of developed projects and technical documentation on land management and cadastres, territorial planning, development of unified real estate objects with standards, technical conditions and other regulatory documents.
production and technological activity: participation in the implementation of design and survey and topographic-geodesic works on land management, State Land Cadastre, provided for by legislation; participation in state control over the use of real estate, land and environmental protection in accordance with current legislation; use of information technologies, modeling and modern techniques in the creation of cadastral maps and formation of cadastral information systems; participation in technical inventory of real estate objects and land surveying; participation in cadastral valuation of land plots and other real estate objects; participation in works on realization of projects and schemes of land management, development of unified real estate objects;
Graduates of KNAU named after K.I.Skryabin, who have fully mastered the basic educational program of higher professional education for training bachelors and successfully passed the final certification in the prescribed manner, are awarded a diploma of higher education with the qualification "bachelor".
The normative term of mastering the basic educational program of higher professional education Bachelor's degree in the direction of "Land management and cadastres" on the basis of secondary general or secondary vocational education in full-time study is not less than 4 years, which corresponds to at least 240 credits. The terms of mastering the Bachelor's degree program on the basis of secondary vocational education on the basis of secondary vocational education in full-time study within the implementation of accelerated programs is not less than 3 years.

The Kyrgyz National Agrarian University named after K.I. Skryabin (KNAU) is the leading agrarian educational institution in Kyrgyzstan. The University was founded in 1933 and is located in Bishkek.
Bachelor's degree programs at KNAU are offered in various fields related to agriculture, agribusiness, economics, biotechnology, veterinary medicine, animal husbandry, farming and other agrarian areas. The duration of the Bachelor's program is 4 years of full-time study, 5 years of part-time study, college graduates and those with higher education are trained in a shortened program of study.

Master's programs at the Kyrgyz National Agrarian University named after K.I. Skryabin (KNAU) offer students the opportunity to gain deeper knowledge and skills in agriculture, engineering, land management, water resources management, agronomy, ecology, agro-processing, economics and other related fields.
