The field of professional activity of bachelors in the direction of training "Agroengineering" includes: effective use and service of agricultural machinery, machines and equipment, means of electrification and automation of technological processes in the production, storage and processing of crop and livestock production; development of technical means for technological modernization of agricultural production.
The objects of professional activity of graduates in the direction of training "Agroengineering" are: machine technologies and systems of machines for production, storage and transportation of crop and livestock production; technologies and means of small-scale production of agricultural machinery; technologies of technical maintenance, diagnostics and repair of machines and equipment; methods and means of testing machines; machines and installations, apparatus, devices and equipment for storage and primary processing of crop and livestock products etc.
Bachelor in the direction of training "Agroengineering" should solve the following professional tasks in accordance with the types of professional activities:
in production and technological activity: effective use of agricultural machinery and technological equipment for production and primary processing of crop and livestock products at enterprises of various organizational and legal forms; application of modern technologies of diagnostics, maintenance, storage, repair and restoration of machine parts to ensure constant operability of machines and equipment; organization of metrological verification of basic measuring instruments to assess the efficiency of machines and equipment; application of modern technologies of diagnostics, maintenance, storage, repair and restoration of machine parts to ensure constant operability of machines and equipment; organization of metrological verification of basic measuring instruments to assess the efficiency of machines and equipment.
in organizational and managerial activity: organization of works on application of resource-saving machine technologies for production and primary processing of agricultural products; ensuring high operability and safety of machines, mechanisms and technological equipment; managing the work of teams of performers and ensuring labor safety; organization of material and technical support of engineering systems; development of operational plans of primary production teams;
in research activities: participation in experimental studies, drawing up their description and conclusions; participation in standard and certification tests of agricultural machinery, electrical equipment and means of automation; participation in the development of new machine technologies and technical means;
in project activity: participation in designing technological processes of production, storage and processing of agricultural products, maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery on the basis of modern methods and technical means.
Graduates of universities, who have fully mastered the basic educational program of higher professional education in Bachelor's degree and successfully passed the state final attestation in the prescribed manner, are awarded a diploma of higher education with the academic degree "Bachelor".
The normative term of mastering the basic educational program of higher professional education Bachelor's degree in the direction of "Agroengineering" on the basis of secondary general or secondary vocational education in full-time education is not less than 4 years, which corresponds to at least 240 credits.

Selection and enrollment of applicants - citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic and citizens of foreign countries at KNAU named after K.I. Skryabin for training in educational programs of higher professional education is carried out twice a year: in summer and winter periods.
Winter admission to the university for places under contracts with the payment of tuition fees is held at the discretion of the university, for places left vacant after the summer admission.
Selection and enrollment of applicants - citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic on the results of G eneral R epublican T est and citizens of foreign countries on educational programs of higher professional education is carried out through internal entrance tests.
Education of citizens of foreign countries in higher education institutions is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of education, on the basis of international agreements, which come into force in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as on the basis of agreements between educational organizations and with individual citizens. Agreements between HEIs and persons providing intermediary services in different countries of the world for the selection of foreign citizens in HEIs of the Kyrgyz Republic must be agreed with the authorized state body in the field of education and science of the Kyrgyz Republic.
