Our Executive Masters in Leadership, Strategy and Innovation (EM-LSI) is a program designed to meet the demands of busy managers without compromising the fundamentals of high quality and activity based learning. This course is offered only on external study mode. It is an intense 12-month program which is designed for aspiring leaders with a minimum of three years supervisory experience from the private, public and not-for-profit sectors across the Asia Pacific. The program combines practical, real-world industry driven demands with strong theoretical fundamentals. It also integrates the thematic areas of leadership, strategy and innovation with core disciplines of economics, finance, marketing and management so candidates can learn how to assimilate vast amounts of management and business data, turn that data into coherent strategies and decision making; disseminate your analysis to different audiences, work productively with a team of their leadership peers, improve their ability to work autonomously, flexibly and creatively, and identify challenges and resolve problems as an innovative leader.
