This double degree enables students to combine a Bachelor of Criminology degree with a Bachelor of Communication. In the Criminology degree, students can choose to specialize in: Criminal Behaviour, Crime Science (only university in Australia to offer this) or Legal Studies. Students will learn about the causes of burgeoning crime rates, the criminal mind and behaviours and explore the legal system and how it shapes the society. The Communication degree allows students to specialize in: Journalism, Strategic Communication or Global, Media and Communication. Students will learn and perfect presentation skills, media liaison, broadcasting, writing, news media, public affairs, advocacy and more.
