In terms of practical application, the department's ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)program is among the best in the country, and in recent years has actively provided students with off-campus internships and international exchanges to broaden their horizons. Regarding student affairs, in addition to training students' ability to plan and organize activities, the department actively encourages students to participate in various domestic and international competitions to hone their management skills and abilities.


Upholding the mission of cultivating management elites with entrepreneurial spirit, the faculty of the Department of Business Administration at National Central University promptly adjusts its teaching content and methods to align with changes in the international environment. With the evolution of the times, rising environmental awareness and the sharing economy concept have created a new economic environment. The department strengthens business ethics education, promotes green enterprises, and continuously adjusts its curriculum to suit the economic environment, cultivating management talents with an international perspective, practical management knowledge, and sound character.


Master's Program


◎Minimum graduation credits: 46 credits.


◎Required courses: 31 credits.


◎ It offers distinctive credit programs such as "English MBA " and "Enterprise Resource Planning".


◎Students in the Big Data and Smart Enterprise group must complete either "Enterprise Resource Planning" or "Business Intelligence and Analytics" credit courses before graduation.


Master's Degree Program for Working Professionals


Students in this class can submit proof of university coursework for basic disciplines to apply for credit exemption.


◎Minimum graduation credits: 42 credits.


◎Required courses: 33 credits.


◎Elective Courses: 9 credits, with elective courses offered in rotation across various management fields.


◎Class time: Weekday evenings and Saturday
