Furthermore, as the department is located within the School of Management, the master's program allows graduate students in management to study advanced economic theory, enabling them to quickly integrate various knowledge bases and become economic and business professionals who meet domestic and international demands. The department also places particular emphasis on cultivating human resources, macroeconomic, and industry analysis skills, and strengthens English communication skills, equipping students with the basic work skills required in the job market, creating a competitive advantage, and cultivating mid-level employed talents with depth and an international perspective. In particular, as master's graduates increasingly become a major force in Taiwan's job market, their professional knowledge and technical skills are becoming increasingly important.
