The National University of Singapore (NUS) Master of Laws (LLM) – Intellectual Property & Technology Law Specialisation is offered by the NUS Faculty of Law. This specialisation focuses on legal issues raised by the rapid advancement of science and technology. The courses offered include traditional intellectual property law courses, including those on copyright, patents, designs, trademarks and confidential information; as well as others specifically focused on the relevant technologies, such as biomedical law, telecommunications law and internet law. The NUS LLM is a 40–44-modular credit (MC) coursework-based graduate degree programme comprising: Core/essential modules (at least 24 MCs), and Elective Modules (up to 20 MCs).
