By understanding the latest applied knowledge, tools, and techniques you will be able to lead your team to identify and deliver effective business solutions on time and on budget. We cover a wide range of subjects on the course, including strategy, finance, people, technology, operations, and supply chain management. Our aim is to give you a broad understanding of any technology or engineering-led business, whilst focusing on how you can maximise value. You will learn important problem solving and decision-making skills to make effective and sustainable improvements to your business. The applied nature of this Master’s course means you can take knowledge learnt on the programme and immediately apply it to your role via work-based assignments, instilling the theory into practice.
