The BSc Biomedicine with Foundation Year will provide students with the foundational knowledge of biology, chemistry and mathematics they need to successfully embark upon an undergraduate degree. Students will also learn generic skills relevant to studying science, including undertaking effective research, collecting and analysing scientific data and writing experiment reports and essays. This programme will build students' confidence and give them the core knowledge and key skills you need to succeed at university. Students will also get a taste of the subject area they are interested in and deepen their understanding of the career potential of their chosen subject. Graduates can pursue careers in scientific research, public health or the health sector more generally.
