This Master of Laws programme is designed for graduates seeking to develop in-depth knowledge of a particular legal area, or to advance their professional expertise in a current area of practice. Graduates will gain advanced professional skills and profound understanding of legal developments, practice, and scholarship relating to International Business and Trade, Healthcare, Artificial Intelligence, E-Commerce, International Corporate Governance and Corporate Crime, ASEAN Law and Policy, and Current Controversies in Contempt of Court. Fulfilling one of the requirements listed below:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Law or Shariah with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.0 or its equivalent qualification as accepted by the HEP Senate OR
  • A Bachelor's degree in Law or Shariah below a CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.0 or its equivalent qualification can be accepted, subject to a minimum of 5 years of working experience
International Students

IELTS 6.0 / TOEFL 60 (Internet Based Test) (May join IEN preparatory course and achieve the IELTS score). The validity of the IELTS or equivalent is within 2 years from the date of the examination.
