The UFRO MBA curriculum is structured around three axes: the fundamental knowledge of top management that is required in modern organizations, the skills that a top manager must develop to perform successfully, and innovation for competitiveness, which will allow him or her to convert uncertainty and constant change into new opportunities to create value in the organization and its environment. The Program aims to train graduates capable of holding senior and managerial positions in organizations of regional, national or international scope, for profit or non-profit, ensuring to offer training with high academic standards, and promoting innovation, social responsibility and a global vision among its students, in line with the mission of the Faculty of Law and Business of the Universidad de La Frontera. To deepen knowledge in subjects relevant to the top management of organizations. Develop managerial skills relevant to the top management of organizations. Admission Requirements

Documentation to apply for the MBA-UFRO 2024:
Letter of application letter stating the grounds for admission to the Program. Photocopy of identity card (or document) on both sides. Updated Curriculum Vitae. Two reference letters, at least one of which must be issued by a superior of the Institution or Company where you currently work (or the last one where you worked). Original certificate or legalized copy of the Bachelor's Degree. Letter of Sponsorship or Authorization from the Institution to which he/she belongs, when applicable. Original certificate or legalized copy of the grade transcript of your degree and Certificate of Graduation Ranking. Proof of English proficiency from intermediate level to reading level through the development of a report in Spanish on an article in English that will be delivered in a timely manner during the application process. Request an interview with the Program Director or a member of the Academic Committee. Once steps 1 to 4 have been completed, the Academic Committee will review your background and will communicate its decision via registered letter.
