Program Objective To broaden the cognitive, procedural and attitudinal bases for the strengthening of the praxis in the teaching-learning process centered on the student. To develop the capacity of academics and health professionals in educational management and research, in order to generate and apply knowledge to improve undergraduate and graduate training processes.
The graduate of the Master's Program "will have a solid formation in the didactics of the teaching-learning process centered on the student, with competencies and abilities to exercise an educational practice in the area of health sciences, valuing ethical action and permanent reflection in the improvement of the professional teaching work, through management proposals, research projects and contribution works in the area. It will be characterized by the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, critical of their work and their environment, with skills in self-learning and continuing education.
The purpose of the Master's Program is to contribute to the teaching training of academics in the area of health who work in higher education, with emphasis on the development of competencies and skills through management proposals, research and projects in university teaching, which allow them to carry out the teaching-learning process with quality, student-centered, in undergraduate and graduate training processes.
