Current studies show that the application of different care approaches such as nutritional coaching, health coaching, neurolinguistic programming, emotional intelligence, mindfulness and culinary coaching or HAES (Health at every size) have positive effects on physical and psychological health, at the same time. that can be maintained over time.
For this reason, at UVG we created an alliance with Nutritional Coaching to develop a pioneering program in the region that contributes to the development of new skills and competencies.
