This study cycle (CE), based on Decree-Law No. 79/2014 and Decree-Law No. 9-A/2025, qualifies for group 550, in line with the National Strategy for Digital Education and the European DigCompEdu Framework. The study plan integrates emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, computational thinking and digital citizenship, combining solid theoretical training with supervised teaching practice. Taught on a part-time basis, the CE allows for the reconciliation of advanced training and professional activity, promoting the updating and retraining of ICT teachers and professionals, reinforcing digital inclusion and educational innovation.
