Admission Requirements

The enrollment of students into the second tier of academic higher education, specifically master's programs, is governed by the outcomes of the unified master's examinations or is conducted in accordance with Ministerial Order No. 224/N issued by the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia on December 29, 2011. This process necessitates successful performance in two distinct assessments: the English language examination (comprising written components with a requisite proficiency level of B2) and the evaluation of competence in the respective field of specialization, both in written and orally. The admission procedure relies on administrative registration and is executed under the authority of university presidents. Proficiency in the English language may be substantiated through the presentation of an internationally recognized language certification, such as TOEFL (with a minimum score of 87) or IELTS (attaining a minimum score of 6.5), or by achieving a result at the B2 level in accordance with other established standards. Alternatively, applicants can demonstrate their English language proficiency by achieving a score that surpasses the 70% threshold in the university's proprietary institutional examination.
