The goal of the Master of Laws program is to train a specialist at the post-bachelor level and promote his/her professional growth. The graduate will be able to carry out practical activities and develop the competencies necessary for independent scientific research. The program provides for the provision of deep and systematic knowledge of the field of law, which ensures the graduate's participation in strengthening the legal and democratic state. The skills necessary for practical activities, deep and systematic knowledge of the field of private, public and/or criminal law will allow the graduate to become a competitive and highly qualified specialist in line with the requirements of the labor market. Graduates will be able to find employment in all positions where an academic degree of Master of Laws is required and it is not necessary to pass a state certification exam. Enrollment of students in the second level of academic higher education (Master's programs) is carried out on the basis of the following cumulative prerequisites: • Based on the general Master's exams or in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of Georgia No. 224/n (December 29, 2011); • In case of successful passing of the English language (written) exam or in case of having an international certificate confirming proficiency in English at least at the B2 (Upper Intermediate) level; • In case of successful passing of the specialty (oral) exam; • Based on administrative registration and the President's Order. Persons with a Bachelor of Law degree will be enrolled in the program. In case of announcement of admission to the program, a link will be activated that will allow the applicant to view samples of English language tests and specialty exam questions.
