The goal of the master's program in Human Capital Management and Digital Transformation is to provide private and public organizations with a qualified middle and high-level HR manager, who has deep and systematic knowledge of innovative and modern trends in human capital management, business vision, skills for data collection/processing and digital integration;

A graduate is able to contribute to the creation of an organizational culture based on respect and DEI values, demonstrate effective professional relationships.

A graduate can be employed in private and public organizations in middle or high-level positions, such as: HR business partner, HR generalist, HR manager, HR analyst, etc. The graduate of the program has the competence to develop in an academic direction, to continue studies, research and scientific activities at the doctoral level.

The Master's program in Human Capital Management and Digital Transformation is based on the T-Shaped model of Human Resource Management Professionals developed by the Academy of Innovative Human Resources (AIHR) and is focused on preparing a competitive professional, which is manifested in the development of the graduate's business vision (Business Acumen), digital integration (Digital Agility), Data Literacy and Human Capital skills. Most subjects, in addition to theory and research, include simulation and role-playing games, case studies, project creation, consulting, etc.

Admission Requirements

Enrollment of students in the second level of academic higher education (Master’s programs) is conducted based on the results of common master's exams or, by the Order of the Minister of Education and Science No. 224/N (December 29, 2011), through the following process: Successfully passing the English Language (Written) Exam Oral Interview, Administrative Registration, Approval by Presidential Order. To confirm the level of English proficiency, the following international certificates are accepted: TOEFL IBT: Minimum score of 80 IELTS: Minimum score of 6.5 PTE General: Minimum level of B2 FCE: Minimum level of B CPE: Passing is sufficient CAE: Passing is sufficient Students who have successfully completed the B2/2 level of English at the University of Georgia will also be recognized as meeting the English language requirement. For students without an English language proficiency certificate, the University of Georgia will administer a B2-level test. Achieving a score of at least 70% on this test will be considered as proof of competence.
