The goal of the program is to develop the student's competence in education management with an orientation towards ensuring the quality of education. The achievement of this goal is ensured by a logical combination of competence-forming (core program) and specialization-defining (mandatory elective) components in the program.
Within the framework of the main training courses, the program ensures the development of students' theoretical knowledge and practical skills as education managers, while the mandatory elective training components form the necessary competencies for ensuring the quality of general, vocational or higher education.
A graduate, first of all, can be successfully employed in structures responsible for ensuring the quality of private and/or public educational institutions or, by modifying professional competence, in all organizations (including non-educational ones) where quality assurance is a priority direction.
