Study Level

Undergraduate

As well as providing you with an understanding of global markets and an international outlook on business, this programme enables you to study either French, Italian, Mandarin or Spanish in order to further your international career opportunities. Your language option will begin with a course suited to your level of prior knowledge, which will be determined by an initial assessment. You will then build on this through the duration of your degree. We recently added Mandarin to our range of language study options, reflecting the increased influence of China in both business and the international relations arena. Similar to the BA Hons International Business degree, you will gain the skills and knowledge you will need to succeed in the increasingly internationalised business world, and to do so in a dynamic, multicultural professional environment. What careers could I pursue? Business skills and fluency in your chosen language will enable you to explore international careers in both the public and private sectors. Previous graduates from this programme have found employment in general management with international firms, functional management such as finance, marketing, operations or personnel management, and international management consultancy.
