The Degree Course in Geological Sciences Applied to Environmental Sustainability of the University of Parma will allow you to deepen highly topical issues, following one of the three cultural paths available and focused on: Natural Risk Mitigation and Management; Fluids, Georesources and Applications for the Environment; and Geodynamics and Paleoenvironment for Georesources.

The Degree Course also has an interdisciplinary connotation that allows the student to integrate the knowledge of Earth Sciences with those of Geotechnical Engineering and Ecology, broadening cultural horizons and, therefore, the ability to analyze and solve complex problems. Vocational skills will be enhanced through a substantial investment in campaign activities, educational excursions, laboratory activities and internships. In fact, many courses have been designed with the aim of teaching the “job” of Geologist, favoring the rapid insertion of graduates into the world of work. The site guarantees ample space for students, research laboratories, reading rooms, the Library, the Open-Space Museum, within the University Campus.
