The Interuniversity Master's Degree Course in Philosophy aims to enrich the educational and scientific offer already provided by the University of Parma through the contribution of courses offered by the Universities of Modena-Reggio and Ferrara. In this way, the student will be able to take advantage of the opportunity of a richer educational offer, which will allow him to better articulate his interests. The course intends to pursue as a general objective an in-depth knowledge of the philosophical tradition in its methodological specificities developed in the various historical-philosophical, analytical, ethical-political and aesthetic directions. The master's degree in Philosophy provides specialized training with which to access the professions of the publishing and information world or to take positions of responsibility in public and private bodies operating in the field of culture. Graduates in Philosophy can also find employment, upon obtaining the qualification, in secondary education in the "Philosophy and History" class and in the "Philosophy and Human Sciences" class.
